Southwest Fighting Arts has begun to start a Tournament Team. The main objective in going to tournaments is to have fun. Whether you lose or win, all you do is learn from the experience. There is a charge of $5 a month for being a member of the team, or if you wish, you can pay $60 for the whole year. The students in the team say it is fun, and they have a great time. Before we go to tournaments, we will schedule a tournament meeting, and workout a few days before, to specifically work on techniques that will be needed at the upcoming tournament, and talk about it. Our team enjoys getting out of town, having fun, and if you get a trophy, that’s always a plus too.
